MAGICAL MEMORIES / PERSONAL TRAVEL PLANNING
A few helpful answers
Start here, then ask Sue about the details of your own trip.
Can Sue help if I do not know where to go?
Yes. Begin with the kind of experience you want, possible dates, who is traveling and a comfortable budget. I can help narrow the choices. Use the destination guides to compare travel styles rather than feeling you must choose a resort before making contact.
Does she only plan Disney vacations?
No. My documented services also include Universal, cruises, beach resorts and hotel-only stays. Her materials cover Disney Cruise Line, Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Sandals, Beaches, Marriott and selected guided travel. Ask which current arrangements I can assist with for your particular itinerary.
Can I request just a hotel or tickets?
Yes. Hotel-only and tickets-only options appear in her brochure. Explain the wider journey so the component fits your transport, dates and other bookings. Assistance with one component does not automatically include every part of an independently booked trip.
What information should I send?
Include possible dates and flexibility, departure location, traveler count, ages at travel, budget and your most important priorities. Mention essential room arrangements and relevant accessibility or dietary needs. Avoid sending passport numbers, payment-card details or other sensitive documents in an initial general inquiry.
Are planning services free?
my brochure describes planning services as free. Confirm what is included in your individual request before proceeding. Supplier travel costs, ticket purchases, optional experiences and other charges are separate from planning assistance.
Are dining reservations or room requests guaranteed?
No. Requests depend on the supplier, inventory and the terms of the actual booking. Ask which features are confirmed and which are preferences. Provide suitable alternatives for important reservations and never base an essential need on an unconfirmed request.
Can she help with transportation or stroller rentals?
Both appear among my planning services. Share your itinerary and equipment needs so current options can be checked. Provider rules, availability, pickup or delivery arrangements and separate charges need confirmation.
How do I compare two quotes?
Use the same travelers, dates, accommodation needs and included components. Compare the total cost and payment or cancellation conditions, not just the headline price. The travel journal includes a dedicated guide to comparing vacation quotes.
Are prices and hotel benefits permanent?
No. Prices, availability, park products, hotel benefits and supplier rules can change. Evergreen guides explain how to make decisions, while current supplier information determines the details for your travel dates. Confirm those details before payment.
What if my trip needs to change?
Check the terms of the actual booking and contact the relevant provider or Sue promptly. Change fees, refund eligibility and available alternatives depend on the supplier and fare. Travel protection should be evaluated from the policy wording rather than assumed to cover every circumstance.
Who confirms passports, visas and medical requirements?
Use current official government guidance for your citizenship, route and circumstances, and appropriate healthcare professionals for personal medical advice. A destination guide is not a substitute for those requirements. Check early enough to address any necessary preparation.
How do I get started?
Open the trip request form through the Plan your trip button or use my Facebook page. Explain what you know and what you need help deciding. The first conversation can start with an idea rather than a complete itinerary.
