The destination guides and travel journal help you compare possibilities and prepare questions. Reading a page or submitting an inquiry does not reserve a room, ticket, cruise or other service. Confirm the actual arrangements with me and the relevant supplier before making travel plans that depend on them.

Quotes and supplier conditions
Prices, availability, benefits and supplier rules can change. A proposal should identify the travel dates, party details, room or ticket category, included components and any optional costs. Review the payment, change and cancellation conditions that apply to the specific booking before authorizing a purchase.

Planning assistance and separate travel costs
my brochure describes her planning services as free. Confirm the scope of assistance for your individual request. Accommodation, transportation, tickets, supplier charges and optional purchases are separate. Do not assume an advertised package includes every service shown in a photograph or mentioned in a guide.

Requests, documents and preparation
A room preference, dining request or other requested arrangement is not guaranteed unless confirmed as part of the booking. Travelers should verify passport, visa, entry and other official requirements appropriate to their citizenship and itinerary. Personal medical or insurance questions should be addressed through the appropriate professional or policy provider.

Images and supplier references
Some images on this site are generated travel-inspiration scenes rather than photographs of a particular hotel, room, ship or attraction. Use the actual supplier’s descriptions and booking details to understand the product being offered. Supplier names and trademarks identify the travel options discussed and remain the property of their respective owners.

Changes and urgent assistance
If your arrangements change, review the supplier instructions on the confirmation and contact the responsible provider or Sue promptly. Refund eligibility and alternatives depend on the booking terms. Website inquiry forms are not emergency-response channels; contact the appropriate local emergency service when necessary.
