I can help with vacation-package planning for Disney, Universal, cruises and beach resorts. Start with your travelers, possible dates and a comfortable total budget. The aim is to compare suitable arrangements, not to add every available extra. Ask which components are included, which are optional and which decisions remain open.

A family seeking park time and separate sleeping spaces needs a different comparison from a couple looking for a quiet resort. Share those priorities early so the proposal answers the right questions.

You do not have to request a complete package. Hotel-only planning is among my planning services. Discuss room layout, location, transportation, parking and the facilities you expect to use. A room’s maximum occupancy is not the same as a comfortable sleeping arrangement.

Compare the total stay cost and cancellation conditions rather than the displayed nightly rate alone. If connecting rooms, accessibility features or a particular bed setup are essential, distinguish them from preferences that can remain requests.

Park tickets and admission choices

Tickets-only options are also available to discuss. Name the specific parks you want to visit and the usable days in your trip. I can help you work through ticket coverage, validity and relevant optional choices.

Do not assume that similarly named tickets at different destinations work alike. Confirm the actual product’s written terms, including date restrictions and change conditions, before arranging the rest of your vacation around it.

Dining and the rhythm of your day

Dining reservation assistance appears in my brochure. Identify meals that are vacation highlights and meals that simply need to be convenient. Discuss dietary requirements early and verify accommodation with the provider.

Requests and assistance do not guarantee a particular reservation. A ranked list of alternatives makes it easier to respond to availability without forcing the entire itinerary around a single restaurant.

Airport transportation and practical connections

Ask about transportation between your arrival point and accommodation. Specify flight timing, party size, luggage and any child-seat or accessibility requirements. Confirm who operates the transfer, where to meet and whether it is included or separately priced.

When combining a cruise, hotel and theme-park stay, review every handoff. A useful plan makes clear which arrangements belong to which supplier rather than assuming one booking covers the entire journey.

Stroller rental assistance is part of my planning services. Describe the child’s needs, travel dates and destinations, then verify the rental provider’s equipment, delivery arrangements and current destination rules.
