MAGICAL MEMORIES / DESTINATIONS
Beyond the familiar
Guided discovery, resort time and new ideas—start with what interests you.

01 / YOUR TRIP, THOUGHTFULLY PLANNED
Begin with an interest, not a finished itinerary
Some trips start with a destination. Others begin with an interest in nature, culture, storytelling, a special experience or simply a different pace. my materials include Adventures by Disney, National Geographic Expeditions and SeaWorld, with Aulani also represented in her destination training.
You do not need to turn those ideas into a complete plan before asking for help. Describe what appeals to you and what would not suit the group. A useful first comparison focuses on the type of experience, the amount of travel and the level of structure you want.
02 / YOUR TRIP, THOUGHTFULLY PLANNED
Consider a guided journey
For an Adventures by Disney or National Geographic Expeditions inquiry, look beyond the destination headline. Discuss the daily pace, time in transit, group structure, activities and accommodation arrangements of the specific itinerary. Do not assume every departure has the same physical demands or inclusions.
Ask what is guided, what is independent and which experiences are optional. Review age or participation requirements with the provider before deciding it fits the whole party. A guided trip may suit travelers who enjoy a planned framework; others may prefer more independent time.
03 / YOUR TRIP, THOUGHTFULLY PLANNED
Consider a resort-centered vacation
Aulani is an option to discuss when the trip you want is centered on a Hawaii resort stay rather than a theme-park schedule. Think about room needs, travel time, how much you want to explore outside the resort and which experiences require separate arrangements.
Do not transfer assumptions from a Disney parks vacation to a resort stay. Accommodation, meals, activities, transportation and other inclusions need to be reviewed for the actual booking. A thoughtful plan should also leave room to recover from the journey and adjust to the local rhythm.
04 / YOUR TRIP, THOUGHTFULLY PLANNED
Build a focused attraction visit
For a SeaWorld inquiry or another attraction-led trip, identify why you want to visit and how it fits into the rest of the vacation. A specific activity, accessibility arrangement or dining need should be checked before building the day around it.
Compare tickets by their actual coverage and conditions. Avoid assuming a product valid for one destination works at another. If you are combining an attraction visit with a wider holiday, include travel time, hotel location and a realistic balance of busy and quieter days.
05 / YOUR TRIP, THOUGHTFULLY PLANNED
Match the itinerary to the travelers
Consider walking, steps, transfers, climate, early starts and time spent moving between places. These questions are useful for every traveler, not only people who identify a specific accessibility need. Discuss the physical and practical demands of the actual itinerary.
- Separate essential accommodations from preferences.
- Ask what support the supplier can confirm.
- Review the luggage arrangements for multi-stop travel.
- Consider dietary requirements in the specific settings visited.
- Leave time for arrival and departure rather than filling every day.
06 / YOUR TRIP, THOUGHTFULLY PLANNED
Review the whole trip cost and conditions
Check accommodation, meals, transport, activities, optional excursions and travel protection against the proposal. International trips may also involve document requirements that depend on the traveler and route. Current official guidance is the place to verify those requirements.
Availability and conditions change. Avoid treating an archived brochure or another person’s trip as a guarantee. I can help you organize questions and compare options, while the selected supplier’s current booking terms define what you are purchasing.
07 / YOUR TRIP, THOUGHTFULLY PLANNED
Turn curiosity into a useful inquiry
Tell me the kind of experience you imagine, approximate dates, traveler ages, departure area, comfortable budget and the level of structure you prefer. Mention the places or activities you are considering and any travel already booked.
If a guided trip, Hawaii resort or attraction visit is only one possible direction, ask for help comparing the shape of those options. You do not need to choose the final supplier before the conversation. The goal is an appropriate trip, not the longest possible list of destinations.

Questions worth asking
Is this itinerary suitable for everyone in the party? Check pace and participation requirements.
Which parts are guided or included? Review the particular departure and proposal.
Can we add independent time before or after? Discuss the logistics and separate arrangements.
Does a training certificate mean Sue has personally visited every place? No. Destination training and firsthand experience are different; ask about the support relevant to your trip.
