Disney vacations, made personal

Find the Disney trip that fits your people—not somebody else’s must-do list.

01 / YOUR TRIP, THOUGHTFULLY PLANNED

Choose your kind of Disney vacation

A Disney vacation can mean very different things. Start with the experience you want rather than choosing a hotel or ticket first. Walt Disney World is a Florida resort vacation that brings park days, dining and hotel time into the same plan. Disneyland Resort can be the focus of a California visit or part of a wider itinerary. Disneyland Paris adds the practical questions of an international trip: travel documents, arrival transport and time to settle in.

Disney Cruise Line offers a sailing-based vacation, while Aulani is a Hawaii resort option rather than a theme-park visit. Adventures by Disney and National Geographic Expeditions are worth discussing when a guided journey is the experience you want. Tell me which idea appeals to you, even if you are not ready to choose.

02 / YOUR TRIP, THOUGHTFULLY PLANNED

Build the trip around the people coming

Begin with ages at the time of travel, sleeping arrangements and everyone’s top priorities. A first visit with small children, an adults-only getaway and a multigenerational celebration should not share an identical schedule.

Ask each traveler for one important experience and one thing that would make the trip uncomfortable. That might mean avoiding very early starts, keeping afternoon breaks, limiting transfers or making time for a special meal. Share mobility, dietary or sensory planning needs early so I can help identify the questions that require direct supplier confirmation.

03 / YOUR TRIP, THOUGHTFULLY PLANNED

Choose a hotel for more than its appearance

Think about the whole day: where you will start, how you will reach your activities, whether you will return for a break and where everyone will sleep. Compare the room layout as carefully as the room photograph. Separate sleeping areas may matter more than a view; a convenient location may matter more than a larger room.

  • Confirm the number and type of beds and permitted occupancy.
  • Compare travel time and available transportation for your chosen plans.
  • Decide whether pool time and hotel facilities are part of the vacation.
  • Ask whether connecting rooms are confirmed or only requested.
  • Compare the total stay cost, not just a nightly rate.

Understand tickets, dining and extras

my services include package, hotel-only and ticket-only planning. Those are different ways to arrange a trip—not interchangeable bundles with identical inclusions. Decide which parks and experiences matter, then have the ticket coverage checked against that plan.

Dining, transportation, stroller rentals and optional experiences may involve separate purchases or reservations. Make a short dining wish list and note allergies or dietary needs; do not build a schedule around an unconfirmed reservation. Park admission rules, reservation requirements and optional access products can change. I can help you review the options actually available for your dates instead of relying on an old social-media tip.

Give your itinerary room to breathe

An illustrative rhythm is an arrival day to settle in, a priority park day, a lighter day, another major activity and a flexible final day. This is a planning example, not a fixed package or a recommended length for everyone.

A hotel break or slower morning is useful only if it fits your transportation and the people traveling. Group nearby plans together, leave space around booked meals and avoid treating departure day as a full activity day. A shorter list of priorities can produce a more enjoyable trip than a timetable nobody wants to follow.

What I can help arrange

my printed service materials include vacation packages, tickets, hotels, dining reservation assistance, stroller rentals, airport transportation, sample itineraries and planning tips. I can help connect these decisions so a ticket choice makes sense alongside the hotel and the rest of the trip.

Reservation assistance does not mean a meal, rental or transfer is automatically included in the travel price. Your proposal should identify what is included, what is optional and which supplier conditions apply. Existing-booking transfers, changes and cancellation requests depend on supplier rules and the specific reservation.

Common Disney planning questions

Can we book only a hotel or tickets? Yes—both are among my listed services. Tell her which parts you already have and which you want help comparing.

Can we combine Disney and Universal? Discuss it as one itinerary so you can account for transfers, different tickets, hotel changes and rest time.

How early should we start? Start when you can describe your group and approximate timing. Availability and reservation windows vary; there is no single deadline that fits every trip.

Are special requests guaranteed? Ask which requests can be confirmed and which remain requests. Do not assume a room location, accommodation or dining arrangement is secured until it is confirmed.

Start your Disney plan

Send Sue your preferred destination, approximate dates and flexibility, number of travelers, children’s ages at travel, departure area and a comfortable total budget. Add your top three priorities and anything already booked.

If you are undecided between destinations, say so. A useful first conversation can compare the shape of the trips before getting into individual hotels. Use the request button to share ordinary planning details; never include payment-card numbers or passport scans in an initial inquiry.
